Is 90 minutes really enough time?
The 90 minutes is for problem identification and solution mapping. The actual solution might take a week or a full quarter—we'll determine the timeline together based on your situation.
You can book additional support options once the session is complete. Many clients do. This session is a prerequisite to an ongoing operations partnership.
What if I don't know what my biggest problem is?
That's part of what we figure out. The pre-work and session are designed to identify which phase of the FIXR Framework you're stuck in.
What if my business is too much of a mess?
The messier, the better. I don't need perfect documentation—I need to see what's actually happening.
You'll get a private space in Circle (my community platform) where I post weekly prompts. You can respond via text or voice notes, submit work for feedback, and ask questions. I respond within 2 business days, Monday-Thursday.
